What the Top 100 Means
The Top 100 Awards by the Greater Rochester Chamber recognize privately held companies headquartered in the region that have achieved exceptional growth in both total revenue and percentage over a three-year period.
To qualify, companies must:

Be headquartered in the nine-county Greater Rochester/Finger Lakes region

Have achieved at least $1 million in revenue in each of the three most recent fiscal years
The rankings are determined by a combination of dollar and percentage growth, managed confidentially by the accounting partner, KPMG LLP.
