Evolution Marketing is a fast-growing advertising agency looking for a Google Ads Specialist with a minimum of 5-8+ years hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns for a variety of industries. Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube, PMax, Demand Gen, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research, A/B testing, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
- Write compelling ad copy aligned with the client's brand, landing page and objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals.
- Stay up-to-date with Google Ads trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Attend twice-weekly client meetings plus bi-weekly Google rep meeting
- Manage budgets, track KPIs, and generate performance reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5-8+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Must be comfortable in Google Ads Editor
- Must have experience working with multimillion-dollar monthly budgets
- Must be comfortable speaking in front of clients sharing insights, results & recommendations
- Ability to work 40 hours per week, 8 AM – 5 PM ET.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel formulas, Google Data Studio, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to work with data-driven strategies and optimize campaigns for maximum performance.
- Familiarity with remarketing, audience segmentation, and bid strategies.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely, both independently and with a team.
- Must be able to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with the automotive industry is a plus.
- Google Ads Certification is a plus.
