We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Account Manager to join our Website & Marketing team! As an Account Manager at our company, your main duty will be to develop and manage marketing strategies with our clients and help them achieve their digital marketing goals.
Some of their goals may include better online presence and impressions. Your role will be extremely important for customers success, satisfaction and, ultimately, loyalty.
Account Manager Duties
Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience. This position may require occasional travel to client sites.
If you have a flair for client communication and understand consumer behavior, we’d like to meet you. Ideal candidates will work closely with both the client and the internal teams to make sure that the scope and direction of each project is on schedule, as well as other departments for support.
Ultimately, a successful Account Manager should collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long run.
Account Manager Responsibilities

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and internal teams

Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives and timelines

Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives/projects to internal and external stakeholders

Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement

Forecast and track key accounts/projects

Collaborate with internal team to identify and grow opportunities

Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
Requirements

Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level

Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
